1. Who we are

MyBizRank operates the website and software available at mybizrank.com. We provide a local SEO application that helps businesses and agencies manage Google Business Profiles, monitor Maps visibility, handle reviews, schedule posts, run audits, and track growth.

When this policy says “MyBizRank,” “we,” or “us,” it means the MyBizRank product and the team behind mybizrank.com.

2. Policy scope

This notice applies when you browse our marketing site, request a demo, start a trial, create an account, connect Google services, or otherwise use MyBizRank tools. It explains what we collect, why we need it, and how you can control it.

Using MyBizRank means you understand this Privacy Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

3. Data we collect

  • Identity & account details — name, work email, phone, company or agency name, password (stored securely), and profile preferences you submit during signup or support chats.
  • Business workspace data — locations, keywords, listing notes, reports, posts, review replies, and other content you create inside MyBizRank.
  • Connected listing data — Google Business Profile information you authorize us to read or update (for example profile fields, insights, reviews, media, and posts) so the product can deliver GBP features.
  • Billing signals — plan selection, invoices, and payment status processed through payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on MyBizRank servers.
  • Technical & usage logs — IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, feature actions, timestamps, and diagnostic events that help us secure and improve the platform.
  • Support records — messages you send by email, WhatsApp, or forms, including attachments needed to resolve your request.

4. Google account access

If you sign in with Google or connect a listing, MyBizRank requests only the access needed to operate Google Business Profile and local SEO features you choose. Typical uses include displaying listing details, syncing insights, managing reviews/posts/media, and protecting or auditing profiles.

Google API data is handled in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data. You can revoke access from your Google Account settings at any time; some product features will stop working until access is restored.

5. How we use data

  • Create and maintain your MyBizRank workspace.
  • Power product features (audits, rank tracking, heatmaps, reviews, posting, reporting, automation).
  • Process subscriptions, trials, and billing notices.
  • Answer support questions and schedule demos.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
  • Send service-critical messages (security alerts, billing, product changes).
  • Meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations where required.

6. Communications

We may contact you about demos, onboarding, account activity, or product updates using email, phone, or WhatsApp when you have shared those channels. Marketing messages are optional; you can opt out using unsubscribe links or by writing to us. Transactional and security messages may still be sent because they are required to run the service.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only when needed to operate MyBizRank:

  • Infrastructure and tooling partners (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support) under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
  • Payment processors for checkout and invoicing.
  • Google, when you connect APIs required for GBP features.
  • Authorities when the law requires disclosure.
  • A successor entity if MyBizRank is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with continued protection of your information.

8. Retention

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for billing, dispute resolution, security logs, and legal retention rules. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data except where we must keep limited records (for example invoices or fraud prevention).

9. Your choices

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts and connected listing data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and notifying us quickly if you suspect misuse.

11. Cookies & analytics

MyBizRank uses cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, performance measurement, and analytics (including tools such as Google Analytics where enabled). You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may affect login or dashboard behavior.

12. Children

MyBizRank is built for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Policy updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy as the product or laws change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish updates. Continued use of MyBizRank after an update means you accept the revised policy.
