These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to mybizrank.com and the MyBizRank software platform. MyBizRank is a local SEO application for managing Google Business Profiles, tracking Maps visibility, automating reviews and posts, and related workflows.
By visiting the site, starting a trial, creating an account, or using any MyBizRank feature, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional product-specific notices may apply to certain modules.
MyBizRank provides software tools and content that may include GBP management and protection, audits, rank tracking, heatmaps, review workflows, AI-assisted posting or replies, reporting, citation helpers, and educational resources. Features available to you depend on your plan and integrations you enable.
We may improve, add, or retire features as the product evolves. Material removals of paid functionality will be communicated where practical.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use MyBizRank for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that company’s behalf.
Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate details, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by teammates you invite.
Do not share passwords, create accounts with misleading identities, or allow competitors to probe the platform in ways that violate these Terms.
You may use MyBizRank only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
MyBizRank branding, UI, software, documentation, and marketing materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business needs during an active subscription or trial.
You retain ownership of your business content and listing data. You grant MyBizRank a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the product.
Paid plans renew according to the cycle you choose unless cancelled. Free trials are limited in time and may exclude some modules. Fees, renewals, and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
How we collect and process personal and Google-connected data is explained in the Privacy Policy, including the Security section. By using MyBizRank you consent to that processing as described there.
MyBizRank may integrate with Google and other providers. Their terms and privacy notices also apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or ranking outcomes controlled by third-party platforms.
Local search results depend on many factors outside MyBizRank’s control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls, or revenue. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, MyBizRank and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to MyBizRank for the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and hold harmless MyBizRank from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rules (including Google policies).
You may stop using MyBizRank at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users. Sections that by nature should survive (such as IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
